Yuren Chen

As I grew up in a coastal city in China, the ocean was always an important part of my life. After my graduation from Sun Yat-sen University, I spent about seven years in the field of oceanography. I am experienced with ocean modeling and data analysis. My current research mainly focuses on Harmful Algae Blooms: their biophysical regimes and how we can predict them.
