Where do the clams, worms, small fish, and other forage base that support top predators live in Chesapeake Bay, and under what environmental conditions are they found? In this seminar, Dr. Ryan Woodland will discuss some of the most important forage species in the Bay and how knowledge of forage dynamics can inform the management of iconic fisheries species such as rockfish, summer flounder, and weakfish.

Join us at Chesapeake Biological Laboratory for this free public event, which is part of the Science for Citizens series to showcase innovative research being pioneered by CBL scientists. Seating is availble on a first-come, first-served basis for this free public seminar.
